It doesn't make sense as a Japanese sentence. Seems like name(s), (incomplete) transliteration(s) of words or just an enumeration of kanji (god, anger, beauty, love, etc.).

Hi,
are you able to tell me the words in order from top to bottom pls?

1. GOD
2. ANGER
3.
4. BEAUTY
5.
6.
7.

3. outstanding, English/British
5. sincere, to grow/hatch (an egg)
6. noble, precious
7. love

Note that kanji often have multiple meanings. Only the context fixes the meaning. For instance #3 英 hardly means "outstanding" as a single kanji. Rather, it's more common to represent UK. Also, #5 孚 is quite rarely used.
