There should already be an existing translation of this someone on the web. Do you have any more information on the artist or the book (I think?) from which this came? It appears to be the forward to a book or compilation of artworks. The "artist's name" or "art name" of the writer is Keisuitei (渓水亭), but I can't find any reference to this artist when I search for it. (Actually, a search does turn up a reference to a shunga on an auction site, but it is of little use to me). Also, its a bit long. If there isn't an existing translation, you will probably have to take this to professional translator.

The right component of the first kanji looks like the one in 揺 to me, but I can't find what kanji "sanzui + this component" is referring to, so this might be wrong.

I, too, googled with some words in the text such like 絵本, 本店, 喜楽 or 安心, but couldn't get any good results.
