and where are you learning it? Any good private teacher suggestions?

I'm self-studying here, I have a JLPT3 book, a Barron's grammar book, some essential Kanji books, and a dictionary. And some flash cards 🙂:

But sooner or later I need to find a good school, any recommendations? My goal is to get JLPT4 but I bought the 3 book just to accelerate things a bit. If I really progressed I'd try JLPT3 depending. I'm also doing language exchange, meeting as many 日本人 as possible.

Thanks!

I haven't really looked into any of the printed materials that you've mentioned actually. Does it work good for you? I am mostly learning through courses that I take in university - say, I would like alternatives too, because tuition is just a bit too expensive.

I've heard that there is quite an Asian presence in Toronto, and more specifically in Vancouver, though I'm not Canadian, and have never been to that United States Colony (wink emote here)... so I can't say for certain, but I'd think that the opportunities would be better there than say, Newfoundland.
