The Man!!

He is "de" Man!!!

I discovered him first two years ago when I was watching "Hotelier" in which Bae Yong Jun was only a first supporting actor, and at that time my Korean female friends said he wasn't hot. They said that 張東健(Jang Dong-gun) and 元斌(Won Bin) were more handsome because they had "cow eyes"/ double eye-lids or something like that.

Now? Bae Yong Jun is so so so popular in Asia and they say,"He is de MAN! He is de MAN!" Actually I think he only looks good with glasses. Kim Jae Won looks pretty suave with or withour glasses.

However, I am not a fan of Korean drama. I found most Korean TV series too long and too dramatic. And most of them are tearjerkers. The only one I like is "All about Eve" and that's it!

well he`s not ugly.. nice teeth, great hair, nice built...

I don`t watch his drama since its dubbed in japanese and the timing of the mouth and voice are confusing.

nice teeth nice nose nice smile (if i am to analyze him) don't see what's so special.. i guess it's just that he's famous..

I don't see anything special on him either... it's really just that he#s popular.
If you're popular, they'll always fall for you (as long as you don't have four eyes, three ears or something freaky like that).

"His character is polite and sensitive, gentle yet manly. To his thousands of female fans in Japan, he is, in short, what a Japanese man is not. In real life, Bae is said to be much like his Winter Sonata character.

I think it`s more his qualities, but I asked around and it seems old women like him more then the young ladies.

Arghhhhhhhhh, they're sooooooooo freaking cheesy!

In my point of view, Korean drama is very cheesy most of the times. Nevertheless, people in Taiwan and Mainland China love it so much... I guess it's just a matter of taste.

Last week I'd finished watching "Sore wa, Totsuzen, Arashi no you ni...," the worst J-drama ever, according to my friends. It doesn't even come close to the "Ice World," but is still better than popular K-dramas like the "Glass Shoe," "Red Bean Girl," and "Romance."
