Another question relating to word association. I am planning to use the kanji 天 (ten) on the back of a design.

I don't want to inadvertently link the design with the Yakusa by having a huge 天 emblazoned on the back. I'm sure it is highly unlikely, but it would be very unfortunate if I get this wrong, so could someone please put my mind at rest !

In answer to my own question, I'm sure it would be fine to use 天 on the back of a design, as a logo or insignia.

I was paranoid that there might be some sort of Yakusa connotation, but it seems that traditional Japanese tattoo designs are usually based on nature (carps, sakura etc).

Also I am not intending to use the design on skin, as a tattoo, so there's probably nothing to worry about.
