Ticks in tatami mats, yuck! :emoji_rage:

Japanese beetles threatened by mysterious tick

The culprit turned out to be a large tick never before seen in Japan. The amber-colored parasites, about 0.08 of an inch long, were found living in the joints and bellies of their beetle hosts and carrying deadly bacteria. Goka said the tick is about 10 times the size of the ones that are most familiar here, the kind that inhabit tatami mats in Japanese homes.

Hey, you know in some countries they eat things like that. It might actually fly as a business venture!! :)
Yuh I mean all you have to do is find some nice bugs in Vietnam and then take them over to Japan, selling even one should cover your flight expenses since they got for at least $3000 then the rest is play-doh :emoji_grinning:
