Study at one of National Universities

Hi everyone,I m newbie here. Though I really like to read the forums posted by everyone, it's really help me. I m kinda really need help now. I m 24 years and already graduated. So i want continue to study at one of national universities in Japan. Is any universities would you like to recommand? I don't know how i will choose for doctorate program especially for majoring in medical sciences. I know Todai is the best as describe in many surveys and all known. But which unversity will more be famous on medical science aspects. Also for job opportunities, after doctorate degree, is applicable (more like plenty enough)for permanant jobs ? I really want advice and thank u so much also.
