option7: kono iro wa nan desu ka?

1)
If you are asking the name of the color, only #1 and 7 are correct.
#4 is "What kind of the color is this?", so it's asking about the usage, impression or like that.
#5 and 8 are not correct but understandable as the same meaning as #4.
#10 is a response to a criticism about the color.
The rest are ungrammatical and don't make sense.

2)
All can mean "it's blue", but #3 and 4 are not an answer to the question "what is this color?".

Do you mean that 5 and 8 are ungrammatical but understandable (like a gaijin who is trying to ask a question then everybody laughs at him ) ?
Concerning 10, does it mean something like : This is the color of what (literally)?
Does 6 have the same meaning as 10 ?

It's ungrammatical since the noun after "donna" is omitted, but if it's obvious from the context, for instance iro, kanji, inshō or guai, it's understandable.

Concerning 10, does it mean something like : This is the color of what (literally)?
"What part/side/aspect of this color are you referring to?" or something along the line.

Does 6 have the same meaning as 10 ?
No.

you answers are very clear Toritoribe-san !!!
I am getting used to the logic of the japanese language.
Now if i want to ask:
What is the color of this (showing something in my hand) ?
option1: kore no iro wa nan desu ka ?
option2: kore wa nani iro desu ka ?

Are these two options correct ?

And what if i want to ask :
What color do you like?
option1:anata wa nani iro ga tsuki desu ka ?
option2:anata wa iro no nani ga tsuki desu ka ?
option3:anata wa kore ga tsuki desu ka ? (Like WhICH color do you like ?)

Is tsuki a na-adjecti ?

#2 is more common. #1 is awkward when referring to the thing you really have. If you are asking the Japanese name of the color, "kono iro wa nihongo de nan to iimasu ka?" is the best.

Nani iro ga suki desu ka?
Suki, not tsuki, but yes, it's a na-adjective.

You don't need to say "anata" since it's obvious.
#2 and #3 mean "What part/side/aspect of the color do you like?" and "Do you like this? (there is no color there)", respectively.
#3

That was probably said in jest, but it comes across just a bit slanderous....that almost never happens.
