please could someone help me to understand what they are and what I do with
them

Are you buying stuff at random and hoping to get a meal out of it?

Wouldn't it make more sense to tell us what you would like to have and let people guide you toward that instead?

1. さくらの花 sakura hana – pickled cherry blossoms
2. ひじき煮 hijiki ni – stewed hijiki seaweed
3. さらしなそば sarashi na soba – high quality soba noodles
4. 純正ごま油 junsei goma abura – pure sesame oil
5. 花かつお hana katsuo - fine shavings of dried bonito .
6. 豆板醤 toubanjan – a spicy bean paste
