Oh I like that elanor san !! I can't say that I am well enough acquainted with the character you were thinking of when doing it, but it appears to match with the image I have in my head of that girl.

I think the eyes really capture the feeling, as well as the smile. One thing I really like about the whole of it, is how the ribbon, being blown up by the wind, balances the field of the character's viewing stance--a nice balance ! (one free and flowing, one locked and solid, though not visible.) Good touch, too !
