I suspect, rather, that your source is wrong. The versions you identify as correct only show up in a single file on the web, from Hirosaki University, as far as I can find. In contrast, the versions as written on the byobu appear in numerous sources on the web.*The order of the kanji is wrong. 今朝同此席 is correct.
**The writer miswrote the first two kanji. It should be 聲斷(=声断)留餘響.
