shita/shite?

Are shita and shite like past and present tenses? i'm not sure because i posted something like this awhile ago, but just to be sure im asking it again

The verb to do is suru
Past:shita negative:shinai Past negative:shinakatta
And the te form is shite
(The te form is used in many misc. expression on of them is
te+kudasai >>taipu shite kudasi = please type
