Now, we run on PHP 5.3.23, Mysql 5.5.30, and Apache 2.4.4. 📣

I have a nub question, Does PHP mean that different type of boards other than vBulletin?

Unfortunately not, Hezam. We have just updated some of the basic server packages to their latest versions. The forum upgrade is a totally different issue.

Yes Hezam, they were in fact, until 2008, when they were taken over by venture capital. Check out vB5 at their website.

That, and the fact that the new functionality is basic at best. Their main page takes up to 20 secs to load.
