Seeking translation for a page from Mobile Suit Gundam: Secret Rendezvous

So I'm a huge Gundam fan and recently got my hands on an old copy of this pretty hard-to-find book by Yoshiyuki Tomino himself. My Japanese is, unfortunately, sub-par and I'm stuck on pages 23 & 24.

Could some good Samaritan translate these pages for me so I can continue on my adventures in the Universal Century? Thanks all!
