Searching for the other half of my family

Please let me star by saying any information would be greatly appreciated, I am searching for member of the Terui family from Bihoro Town, Abashiri County, Hokkaido Japan.. Forgive me if I have misspelt any of the names as I only have old forms to go from.. My mother was born in Hokkaido and move here to the stats with my father many years ago. I have never met any of my Japanese relatives and would love to just be able to locate them so I might be able to write... I thank you in advance for your help..
