Good evening,

I'm doing an environmental project for a Japanese class on the recycling system in Japan. I'm looking for an electronic version of one of the informational posters they have in Japan that explains how to separate your recycling.

I've done searches and I can't really find anything good. Can anyone assist?

Thank you in advance,
Ryan

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the one on the left seems to be an overall view of recycling from start to finish. I can't really tell what the right one is, it's kind of small. I'm really looking for something like they deliver to homes that has pick-up days and times and specific categories of trash.

If you're looking for info in English, here are some from municipalities in our area, which have introduced extensive garbage sorting relatively early and purchase of garbage bags (price reflects garbage collection service fee) by size.

Chofu City, Tokyo:

Setagaya Ward, Tokyo

The sorting rules can vary by municipality and prefecture. The rules may be quite different in other parts of Japan.
