Hi everyone! I am learning Japanese and currently listen to a Japanese song called キミきみ を 忘わす れないよ by 大原おおはら 櫻子

I heard the singer pronounce こぼ in koko. But is ぼ =bo? Or I just misheard?

"キミきみ の 涙なみだ が こぼれ 落お ちないように"

キミを忘れないよ by 大原櫻子
"kimi wo wasurenai yo" by Sakurako Ohara
both your song title and lyric seem to include furigana for the katakana and kanji, which amounts to repeating things.

The line you're asking about is キミの涙がこぼれ落ちないように, as in 零れる落ちる (koboreru + ochiru = koboreochiru), こぼれ落ちる (to spill+fall)

Thanks! I don't know why I can't hear "kobo" but only "koko"
