I'll hope someone with more scooter vocab than me will confirm this, but I'd sayI'm looking to buy a used 50cc scooter.

If you can get a smartphone and master an app or two, it will make your life a lot easier. Because then you'd simply need to enter simple sentences to get reasonable translations back. Both written and spoken. Of course you should keep it direct and simple (i.e. "want to buy" not "looking to buy") for best results.
Anyway to answer your question, you can say:
- chuukou no skuutaa o kaitai desu.
- used scooter want-to-buy
50cc is the default but if you need to specify it, then it's
go juu shii shii
chuukou
50cc is the default but if you need to specify it, then it's
go juu shii shii
"chuuko" (ちゅうこ). No elongation on the end.
That will work perfectly fine, of course, but 50cc scooters are usually referred to as 原付 (げんつき)
"chuuko" (ちゅうこ). No elongation on the end.
