Konichiwa!!
I am 20 years old girl with basic Japanese language Knowledge (N5/N4). I want to work and stay there at Japan. Is there any work site or company will help me to come over there further stay in Japan?

It does not sound to me as if you are likely to be eligible for any work visas and with minimal Japanese and no degree/specialist training, your options for work are very limited.

However, you may be able to get a scholarship to study in Japan. I suggest you look at this link and contact them or visit (they are in Kathmandu):

Your options are probably worse than "very limited". What did you hope to get for a job, and when did you want to come?

nekojita, Thank you very much for your information. Glenski, i hope to do work like in agricultural farm / hotel / or any kind of work that suit for me to live my daily life there. And i want to come there with in this year.

"farm, hotel, or any kind of work" ? That sounds far too general to be realistic. You must realize that foreigners need work visas, and those require university degrees almost all the time (that or 5-10 years of experience). The process is that you get hired first, then apply together with your employer to get the visa.

For farm experience, look up this site as a volunteer.

In any case, you should study some Japanese. Most non-teaching jobs here will require a fairly high level of it.
