Hi everyone 🖐, hoping someone can help.

-----
How would you say:
This book "The Name of Book Goes Here" belongs to [person writes their name here]

I have come across:
Kono hon wa "The Name of Book Goes Here" ni zokushi [person writes their name here]
-----

I think the first may be incorrect as "zokushi" might refer to "affiliation" rather than "belongs to".

Any help as to how I would say the above correctly would be great, thanks, Danny :)

属す/属します/属している/属しています can make sense, but the word order is mixed up.

I would say;

この本 book titleperson's name のです。
or
この book title person's name の本です。.
