Hey guys. I am going away this summer, and won't have an Internet connection most of the time. I am going to try to read a lot in Japanese, but I often stumble upon new compounds that I don't know, (though I do know the individual common kanji) hence I would like to know if you knew about some good software that will let me look up compounds by kanji, that I could download to my computer.

Thanks in advance,
Kaia

Well, there is one that might help, but only on a temporary basis:
http://www.kanjiquick.com
This will help you identify kanji that may be unidentifiable to you. The demo version is free, but only lasts 30 days. It will work offline.
