[Nothing] は 日本語で 何ですか。

I believe it's 'nande mo nai' or 'nani mo nai' ...

Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong.

It's typically one of those or the other depending on the situation, but that's an oversimplification. If you have a particular sentence in mind, it would be easier to give a specific answer.
 
Example:

What did you eat this morning?
(anata ha) kesa nani (w)o tabemashitaka.
あなたは けさ なに を たべましたか。

Answer:

I did not eat anything!
(watashi ha) .................... tabemashita.
