New in Tokyo, looking for contacts

Hello!
I am new in Tokyo and don't know many people yet. However I would really enjoy to meet Japanese or foreigners here. I am a 24-year old French boy and will stay in the country for at least 1 year.
I am learning Japanese and would like to have the opportunity to practise the langage, discover the city (I live in Tokyo), etc.
