The recipient is 一柳尚吉 Ichiyanagi (or Hitoyanagi, Hitotsuyanagi; surname) Shōkichi (or Naokichi, Naoyoshi, Hisayoshi, etc.; male given name). The main presenter is 旭硝子鶴見工場安全硝子課 Asahi Glass Tsurumi Factory Safety Glass Section. The factory still exists as 旭硝子京浜工場 Asahi Glass Keihin Plant.
