It may be difficult that Kimono becomes our daily cloths again, but I hope Kimono is wore more often.

5.On what occasion do people often wear kimono?
Seasonal or cultural events...

6.How do you think about the trend of the kimono,nowadays?
Modernised, good.

7.What do you think about the future of the kimono?
Kimono will stii be loved and wore.
Kimono will give more inspiration for designers to create new clothing trend.

* your commend or suggestion

1. Yes, sometimes
2. Yes, sometimes
3. Women much more often than men

4. No, it is a nice thing for formal occassions, but a pain to wear (esp for the ladies). I like to think of it like a tux. You don't want to wear one all the time but sometimes it is fun.

5. Weddings, fuenerals, graduation ceremonies, 3,5,7 yrs festivals, tea ceremonies, omiai, New Years, other festivals, etc etc and so forth

6. Colors can be a bit garrish sometimes. I like more muted tones.

7. People will continue to use it on special occassions but not for daily wear.

hana-bi in july, they wear yukata or kimono rite? man, it was nice :)
