Need to check out an old postal adress

I recently found out in the old papers of my parents the old adress of the persons I am looking for. I just wanna know whether I am lucky enough if they still live at the same place 20 years later.
Does anyone any online diary?

Hi Jean-Eudes, are you looking for Japanese postal addresses or just for ZIP codes?

I do have their name a number which I suspect is the ZIP code and probably a town name Honda-Cho and probably an area name Chiba-Shi Chiba-Ken

Well, the Japanese postal system is incredibly efficient. With your info your letter should arrive at its destination provided the person still lives there.
