I recently acquired a statue that has Kanji on two sides and would love to find out what it says. This is on a statue of Jizo if that helps. I have attached two pics of the Kanji, if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

first picture
??地蔵菩薩
釈妙香大姊(=姉)
??jizōbosatsu
Shakumyōkōdaishi

The first two kanji are illegible. We need a clearer picture to read it.
The left column seems like a female 戒名.

second
中津ミツ六十九才
昭和四十五年十月二十九日
建立山本二平
Nakatsu Mitsu 69 years old
October 29, 1970
