Need help translating this phrase into Japanese characters

Is "Babe" a proper noun or common noun? Do you mean a Japanese honorific by "sama"? In what situation do you want to use it, in the first place?

かわい子ちゃん

Note that this term, or any other words are usually not used in real conversations in Japanese when addressing to one's lover.

Yes I understand thank you for your assistance. If I may ask, what would typically be used for addressing ones significant other? I love Japanese culture and I realize these type of phrase are not commonly used

Any second-person pronouns are usually not used in the first place, so it's used in the form of impression, not addrssssing directly, for instance, かわいいね.
