You could try looking for wallpaper-sized pictures on Google but I'd doubt that size will be large enough for t-shirts.

I think your best bet is scanning the pictures out of magazines unless you can get some publicity photos from the record companies. I'd doubt they'll grant you the rights to print them onto t-shirts though.
