Three kanji on the read umbrella seem to be
福禄寿 (fuku roku ju), one of the seven lucky gods.
Fukurokuju - Wikipedia

Looks like a "collage" of Japanese food packets.
ミルク風味 miruku-fuumi : milk-flavour(ed) (from a packet of biscuits or boiled sweets?)
(クリ)ームシチ(ュー)kuriimu shichuu : cream stew (from a box of instant powder?)
ビタミン bitamin : vitamin
フルーツ furuutsu : fruits (from a packet of boiled sweets?)
