Here is my other flag that has some beautiful Kanji and also a crane

This was given to me by a friend and I just love it, I would love to know any names on there or anything that would help with the history

Across the top 必勝 (certain victory)
On the right side 祈武運長久　(pray for good luck in battle...the same slogan that is on your other one).

The rest are names. The slightly bold name directly under 祈武運長久 (written vertically on the right side) may be the name of the person to whom this was dedicated, but I can't see it clearly enough. A close up picture on just that section might help.
