Hi everyone,
I was just wondering about sentence structure and grammer. I know the sentence structure is S-O-V (subject, object, verb) but I am interested in construction more "complex sentences" if you will. My question is, if I am going to construct more complex sentences do I just break it into the seperate sections and do S-O-V. For example in the sentence:
With this money, I will buy a book
Do I seperate the sections into seperate parts, one on each side of the comma, and then change the word order. The final result being:
Money this with, I book will buy
If someone could clear this up for me that would be great, thanks!

No, in this case you can say something like "Kono okane de (by, due to this money), hon wo kaemasu."

Learn て form if you haven't already. So then you could say
このお金で本を買って読みました。
kono okane de hon o katte yomimashita.
"With this money I bought the book and read it."

Ummmmm...
Well I'm new to japanese so most of that went over my head. I guess my question is, is there an easy way to translate sentences harder than the ones I'm used to (things like What is this, where are you going, etc.) from english into japanese?

No, there is no easy way.

SkaKid0911, try translating this sentence:

"The man who is standing over there is my friend."

If you're just wondering about word order, though, SkaKid0911, the modifier/noun relationship is the same as English, so you don't say things like money this. Generally the reversal is within a clause, not for every word. Subjects generally speaking come at the beginning as well. :)

As well as to be able to say "I used this money to buy a book" which is probably the most natural way in Japanese as well as English.

Or,

This money used (and) book bought.

このお金を使って本を買いました。
