One of my 1960's Tamiya kit model boxes has a text on it Google translator doesn't seem to be able to understand:
日本傑作航空機シリ一ズNo.4
The first seven kanji translate as something like "Japanese Masterpiece Aircraft", but it's the four katakana that don't make sense. My hunch is they intend to indicate a "constant scale" or something like that. Google translates the last two as "singleness of purpose", which makes little sense to me.
