Media Art Universities?

Hi, I am looking to do a graduate course in Japan on Media Art/Film/Animation. I have done some initial research and these schools came up on my list:

Tama Art University
Musashino University
Tohoku University of Art and Design
Tokyo Institute of Polytechnics

I have very little idea of universities in Japan. Is there a ranking table of universities I can find? Are these full fledged universities? How are the courses these universities?
