Stuff like this does happen it is like taking a survey but for videogames and then being compensated for it later when i saw this thread i thought someone was going to be sadly mistake about the job position of a videogame tester beacause most people that want to do that dont know what it entails and they usually dont even know the diffrence between black and white box testing but this doesnt seem to be the case with you it seems they just want to you to take a survey and get paid which is not strange i tried some ritz chips at the mall said i liked them and got $30 for it. So i would say go ahead and do it.
