Help Looking for my Japanese Father

Hello my name is Aiko. I am going to Japan next week for a tour and was wondering if anyone can help me find my father from his last know address in Tatebayashi? We havent seen each other for 28 years and before i migrate to the united states i am hoping and praying to meet him during my trip in Japan.
