looking for my japanese american sister

My father was stationed in Japan in the later 50's early 60's and fathered a child. The only information I have is her name or lets say he called her "Patty". His name was Edward Collins from Louisiana. Any information would be helpful.

What branch of service was he in ?? Where was he stationed(what town) ?? Do you have her(the mother's) name?? What would have been the date of birth of the baby?? To ever have a chance to find her, you will need as many details as possible !!

His name was Edward A. Collins, Jr. he was a HM1 US NAVY corman stationed with a Marine detachment. I have very little information to go on as I just found this out recently. My mother is over 70 and has little memory.
