Looking for my father-in-law

I know this is a really long shot but I shall try anyway.
I am trying to look for the father of my wife. His name is Masahiko Tanaka ( yes, I know it is a very common name, and no, he is not the karate guy). He must be between 70 to 80 years old, might work in real state. Perhaps in the Chiba prefecture.
The thing is, he doesn’t know he has a daughter and I don’t know the guy

I'm also looking for Masahiko Tanaka his from Hiroshima and my mother says that he is old
