Hi! I am looking for a woman by the name of Keiko Hiratsuka. She became a very good friend of mine when she was an exchange student in Marion, IN, USA. She was an exchange student in the years of 1987-1988. At this point in time, I believe she would be in her early to mid 30's. The last I knew she was in college in Japan-studying veterenary medicine. I believe her parents were living in Chiba. I desperately want to find her again....if you could help, please respond.
