I am from the U.S. and I enjoy Japanese animation, especially the production art. For me it is a hard to purchase anime cels since no one in my area sells them. To purchase them I need to go through on-line shops. To save on shipping I would like to just be able to purchase many from my favorite series all at once, especially from these cel shops in Tokyo:

These shops do sell cels on-line but most of their cels are sold only from the shops. If anyone living in Japan could help me with purchasing cels, I would greatly appreciate it^_^! I can pay for your time, the cels and shipping costs.
