Hello to you all!

I appreciate you must hear this a lot. And I am not being lazy (just started learning the basics of Japanese as I hope to visit next year!). However I am looking for somebody kind enough to translate a page of kanji for me....

My Sensei (Okimitsu Fujii Sensei) sadly passed away a year ago. And I was given a licence to teach under the guidance of my immediate instructor.
However the translation was never written down anywhere, and I would be devastated to not be able to understand it!

Please could somebody see their way to helping me out?

Many thanks!!

Sam

English (British?) Kenseikai

Okimitsu Fujii

Very bare bones, nothing complicated. I'm taking your reading of his first name; I couldn't make it out myself.
