I took Japanese I in college and the course had a really good textbook that cover hiragana and katakana. Unfortunately I had sold the book after the semester was over. So now I'm trying to track it down but I can't think of the name of it. Anyone think they might know? All I remember is it had a green pastelly cover.

TRY LOOKING IN THE "SHOP" SECTION UNDER....

text books and such. When you click on the individual
book, it brings up a picture of the cover. A google search
on katakana text books or hiragana text books might be
another way. If you don't find it, let me know, somewhere I have a list of web sites for Japanese text books. Good luck!!

I checked google, amazon.com, bn.com, and couldn't find it. Your list would be most helpful! 😌

Can you not simply contact someone from the college or the bookstore
and ask straight away what they use, or used to use ?

Quite possibly, I don't remember..
So what do you remember about the contents? Where there any characters involved whose names you can remember or any distinctive features?

Genki
Japanese for Everybody
Japanese for Busy People
Minna no Nihongo
are the main ones i know, try using amazon.co.jp for them and see if the pictures match
