Hi, does anyone know what the Liberal Democratic Party is called in Japanese, what most people call it in Japan?

Also, is Junichiro Koziumi a member of the LDP party? And is the LDP party socialist or communist?

The LDP part is called the ﾅｽﾂｩ窶督ｯ窶怡ﾂ　( jimintou). Junichiro Koizumi is the leader of the LDP. It isn't a communist or socialist party, its kind of a conservative party. The LDP has been the ruling party in Japan almost without exception since the end of the war.
