Actress Kishi to get France's Legion of Honor
Actress Keiko Kishi will receive France's Legion of Honor and be given the rank of officier in recognition of her many contributions to French culture, sources close to Kishi said Wednesday.
Ever since she appeared in the French-Japanese movie "Wasureenu Bojo" (Unforgettable Love) in 1956, Kishi, 69, has been ardently engaged in the movie and literary professions both in Japan and France.
