Here is a somewhat large list of Ryunosuke Akutagawa's stories in Nihongo:

Note: the japanese used in these texts are somewhat of the olde style usage of language and kanjis...

Akutagawa is the famous writer that wrote the tale "In a grove" that became the Rashomon movie by Kurosawa...there is also stories that are the equivalent of Japanese style Twilight Zone

They even have some tales on mp3 format, including the In A Grove tale (yabu no naka), narrated in Japanese, I believe....
but they might be in engrish: haven't heard them yet....
