I tried typing it out on my own, but I don't recognise a lot of the Kanji, and it took like half an hour just to get the first one done.

Can someone provide a transcript and translation?

Thank you for your time ^-^

Type in what you have. Use question marks for the ones you can't get.

第一
通行證
本票特叁ハ者投二付保謢ヲ加フペシ
- 大日本軍司令官

第二
[1]
木投降???者に?[2]しては特別の考??[3][4]ハられ度

[1] 养?
[2] Looks like 對 but it's not a verb..
[3] Is that 変体仮名?
[4] 興?

I couldn't make any serious translation.
I can tell that 投降 is surrender, and 大日本 is Japan.
Is 通行證 something along the likes of "general certificate"?

Thank you in advance for your time, みんなさん。

I'll do the top one... with that you should be able to figure out the bottom one.

the second picture
投降券
本投降券持參(=参)者に對(=対)しては特別の考慮を
與(=与)えられ度*

1)
the traditional form of 券
2)
對/対す(る) is a verb.
3)
It's 慮, as I wrote above.
4)
與; the traditional form of 与

* The reading is たし.

くわえ(ふ)べし
Sorry for nitpicking, but it's くわふ(=う)べし; the classical form of くわえるべし.
