We have been to Kyoto twice, and both times Arashiyama had been a highlight for us, but if you are already going to the Arashiyama area, don't miss out on the awesome Monkey Park! You get to see lots of monkeys up close, it has a great view of the area, and you are able to feed the monkeys!
