Please teach me the suitable usage of "if" and "when".
Which should I choose?

新車を買ったら、乗せてね。
Please pick me up, if you buy a new car.
(↑In this case, is this an impolite expression?)
Please pick me up, when you buy a new car.

間違いを見かけたら、教えてね。
If you find some mistakes, please let me know.
When you find some mistakes, please let me know.

私が間違っていたら、教えて下さい。
If I am wrong, please let me know.
When I am wrong, please let me know.

書いた英語の中に間違いがあれば、どうか、それも合わせて教えて下さい。

Well, one difference between If and When is whether or not one expects the event to take place. If I say

Please ..(something).., if ..(some event)..

I don't say whether or not I expect the event to take place. But if I say

Please ..(something).., when ..(some event)..

Here one expect the event to take please and say that, when not if it takes place, do such and such.

There are more to say of course but I'll leave that to a native speaker.

Are these such touch? For example,

X is talking about a plan to buy a new car, and I am with X.
I said to X "If you buy a new car...."
X may regard my words as ironic.

If I said to someone " When I am wrong , please let me know."
Someone may think "You understood your own mistakes before asking me.
Why do you ask me? ".

David is right. Using "when" means you expect something to happen. Using "if" means it might or might not happen. Be careful, though, because "when" can also refer to time.

I saw many places when I went to America. (when=TIME)

授業をサボる時に、どうしますか？
What do you do when you skip class? (when=TIME)

'If' sentences have two parts. The first is a condition[一文目と呼ぼう]--it may or may not happen. The second is a consequence[二分目と呼ぼう]--if the condition happens, then the consequence can happen [つまり、「一分目」がなると、「二分目」もなるようになります]. If the condition does not happen, the consequence cannot happen [「一分目」がならないなら、「二分目」もなることが出来ません].

'When' sentences also have a condition (一分目) and a consequence (二分目). The difference is that you know the condition (一分目) is going to happen...it's just a matter of time (一分目はなると知っているが、なるのは時間の問題だけですと). Here are some examples:

車を買うなら運転させてくれないか？
If you buy a car, will you let me drive it?
（友達は車を買う気があるかどうか分からない場合ですよ）

車を買うと乗らせてくれませんか？
When you buy a car, will you let me ride in it?
（友達は車を買いたがっています。それを伝えてきた事があるかもしれません。）

そうすれば傷をするかもしれません。
You might get hurt if you do that.
（聞いている人はまだ決めてない。「そう」する事にしたら、おそらく傷をします。）

高い山を上ったら全部が見えるようになりますね。
You can see everything if you climb a tall mountain.
（聞いている人は山を上る気を現していません。しかし、全部が見えるようにする望みを発言した事があるかもしれません。）

アメリカに留学すると英語に上達しますね。
If you study in America, you will become good at English.
（ある人は英語に上達する望みを伝えてきたことあるかもしれません。）

町に着くと内の家に行って来てください。
Please come to my house when you arrive in town.
（ある人は必ず町に来ます。そのこと知っています。）

クラスに行くと傘を持って行きなさい。
Take an umbrella when you go to class.
（ある人はクラスに行く事になりました。この文とは出発する前に話せた。）

In your example, since you know X wants to buy a new car, you should use "When you buy a new car". But if you say "When I am wrong...", it sounds like you know you will be wrong. Since you are the only person who has any control over that, it sounds like you have decided to be wrong. You should use "if" in that sentence.

"pick me up" wa "mukaeni kite" mitaina imi. Tada no 乗せてね wa "please let me ride along"

Please pick me up, when you buy a new car. =
"新車を買っttekara、乗せてね。" Kuruma o kau to iukoto ga mou wakatte iru toki.

"If" o tsukattara 間違い ga arukadouka wakaranai

(In the case of present and future)
So I confused when I used "if" and "when" before.
