I wanna take JLPT but can I omit my father's name in the certificate?

Is it possible to omit my father's name when I take my JLPT? I like to omit it because of personal reason.

That's probably a question best asked to the agency that administers the test in your country/region. The requirements are different in different countries I'm sure because I've never heard of that requirement myself. If you're unsure who you register with there is a listing on the JLTP website.
