Dear native English speakers,
Would all the sentences be used?
(1a) I haven't sent the letter to him yet.
(1b) I didn't send the letter to him yet.
(2a) I haven't had/eaten lunch yet.
(2b) I didn't have/eat lunch yet.

Thanks in advance.
